Special Event/Sample Banquet Menu

China Palace is introducing its Chinese style party cuisine.  All new authentic Chinese banquet cuisine menu dishes have been selected by our head chef.  Born and raised in Taiwan, he was trained to specialize in Taiwanese and Mandarin style cuisine.  If you have a particular interest in China and wish to enhance your familiarity with its foods, we can help by making suggestions from our menu.  If you are going for a visit to China or Taiwan, we recommend trying our authentic Chinese menu to increase your knowledge about Chinese food and Chinese culture.
